1. How do I make a hotel booking?

Simply search for your destination using our search bar, choose your travel dates, select your preferred hotel, pick a room type, and complete the payment at checkout. You will receive a booking confirmation by email immediately after successful payment.

2. When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Confirmation is sent instantly to your email after a successful payment. If you don’t receive it within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Modification and cancellation policies depend on the hotel and room type. Each hotel displays its cancellation terms before checkout. Refundable bookings may be cancelled within the allowed timeframe. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.

4. When will I receive my refund if I cancel?

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once the cancellation is approved, we automatically trigger the refund to your original payment method.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), digital wallets, and depending on your region, additional local payment methods. Crypto payments via BitPay are also supported.

6. How do I contact support?

7. Why is the price different from what I saw earlier?

Hotel prices fluctuate based on availability, demand, and live supplier rates. If you see a price change during checkout, it’s due to real-time rate updates from our hotel suppliers.

8. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Aureum Voyagia uses enterprise-grade encryption, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe, and secure connections throughout the platform. We never store full card details on our servers.

9. What should I do if I entered the wrong email during booking?

Please contact support immediately with proof of payment and the correct email. We will update your booking and resend the confirmation.

10. Does Aureum Voyagia charge service fees?

No additional service fees are charged on top of your booking cost. The price you see during checkout is the final amount you pay.
