1. About Aureum Voyagia

Aureum Voyagia ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is an online travel marketplace that enables users to search for hotel accommodations, compare rates, and complete bookings processed through third-party travel suppliers. We act solely as an intermediary between users and travel providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Booking Process

When a booking is placed, availability and pricing are verified through our supplier system. A booking is not final until we issue a confirmation. If availability cannot be verified, the payment will be refunded automatically.

5. Pricing & Fees

Prices shown may include taxes, service fees, and supplier fees. Final prices are confirmed at checkout. Prices may vary based on availability, market changes, and currency fluctuations.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full booking amount. Bookings without completed payment are automatically canceled.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Refundable Bookings

Refundable bookings must be canceled before the displayed deadline. Refund processing times vary depending on your bank (typically 5–15 business days).

7.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

7.3 No-Show

If you fail to check in, the hotel may charge the full cost of your stay. No-show fees are set by each hotel.

7.4 Supplier-Initiated Changes

If a hotel cannot accommodate you due to overbooking or other issues, we will assist in rebooking or issue a refund.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our website, engage in fraudulent bookings, use false identities, or disrupt platform functionality. Violations may result in account termination.

9. Third-Party Partners

Hotel data, pricing, images, and availability are provided by third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, property conditions, or service quality at hotel locations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aureum Voyagia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

11. Privacy Policy

By using our Service, you consent to our collection and processing of personal information. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

12. Fraud Prevention

Bookings may be reviewed or blocked if flagged by our fraud detection systems including Stripe Radar. Additional verification may be required.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, and code belong to Aureum Voyagia. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
